Well Graduation are just hours away and the new
chapter in life is about to be written only in present
time. For now I still have several things that I wish
I could finish it before the end of the year and
thinking (planning) what will happen next.
During my stay in Mapua, I promise to my self to
finish some projects of my own.
Remember MACEng. Ehem! Its a Submersible R.O.V. in
parallel work with the Mapua Robotics Team Project
Atlantis. Its a twenty year project (Too long! If I
only have the money and Time) I finished several paper
for the design concept and changed its name to
M.A.S.C.Eng. (Multi-Adaptive Submersible Carrying
Engine.)
Project Dugo, this is a MIS (Management Information
System) project in collaboration with the Philippine
National Red Cross Quezon City Chapter. My teammate
Marco Sison is working on it for his thesis and he
told me it will be finish before the end of the month.
The project is already a year old (slowly but surely,
hoped).
100% Open Source : I got very interested in Linux
Operating System since 2003 and started comparing
programs and knowing to use some Open Source Operating
System. After the finals I started changing most of my
pirated MS operating system and immediately used
Ubuntu Linux 6.06 LTS. I tried updating on a dial up
connection and it takes me a week to update it so I
subscribe to a broadband provider. At least I could
update my system for a day. My siblings are well
versed in windows and was easy to adopted in Ubuntu
environment. We haven't experience crashes nor virus
attack yet but my frustration were re-installation of
the OS because I when I made a mistake in the script
things won't run right. I have two types of computer
the Intel P2 and an AMD64 this PC runs in different
types of OS version and sometimes I end up mixing
them, thats why I have to reformat and re-install. I
haven't experience installing on a laptop with
wireless capability. Surely I'm now convince using the
Open Source Program. SAFE-SECURE-FLEXIBLE
Work or Board??? Many said it is better to take the
board first before work. But I need money, so do I
have to do sideline work. But Board first.
Well this what will happen in the next six (6) month.
I have to schedule it...

Fw: ELECTION 2007
